I had so much fun being chased by cows while cycling and playing golf in the garden. The airplane noise from Anglesey Airport was delightful. The microwave made for some gourmet dining experiences.

Oh, and how could I forget about the charming sloping roof that made every day a surprise head-banging adventure!

I absolutely adored the charming and cozy atmosphere of The Granary. The sloping roof and exposed beams added a touch of history that I found endearing. The general areas were clean and well-maintained, and the accessibility for senior people like myself was exceptional. I felt secure and at ease throughout my stay, thanks to the quiet and secluded location. The hosts, Helen and Rick, were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. It was a delight to witness the abundance of wildlife in the lovely grounds, especially the beautiful birds. I also couldn't help but be mesmerized by the breathtaking night sky in the evening.

If I had one small suggestion for improvement, it would be for the children working there to provide more assistance and guidance during the stay. However, I must acknowledge that even without their constant presence, my vacation at The Granary was still remarkable.

This place is simply amazing! The location is out of this world - right in the heart of the country, secluded and peaceful. As a solo female traveler, I felt completely secure and safe. The history of the property adds to its charm, with the sloping roof and exposed beams giving it a unique character. The cleanliness and comfort of the accommodation were top-notch, with everything I could possibly need provided. Helen and Rick, the hosts, were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The ample parking was a bonus, and the grounds were beautiful, teeming with wildlife, especially birds. And let me tell you, the night sky was absolutely mind-blowing. It was a truly unforgettable experience.

The holiday home exceeded my expectations with its stunning garden. It was like stepping into a secret oasis where I could relax and unwind after a long day of golfing and cycling. The garden was beautifully maintained, providing the perfect backdrop for enjoying my morning coffee or evening glass of wine. It felt like my own little slice of paradise amidst the stunning surroundings.

    Sloping roof in the attic.

The hotel had a delightful traditional decor, with its sloping roof and exposed beams adding a unique charm. As a senior traveler, I found the hotel's general areas to be easily accessible, allowing me to move around comfortably. It was wonderful to relax in the quiet and secluded location, surrounded by the beautiful countryside. I felt completely safe and secure as a solo female traveler, which is of utmost importance to me. The hosts, Helen and Rick, were welcoming and made me feel right at home. The cleanliness and comfort of the accommodations were exceptional, providing everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The ample parking and lovely grounds, teeming with wildlife, added to the overall appeal. The evening sky was absolutely breathtaking, creating a memorable experience.

The only improvement I would suggest for a better vacation experience for senior people is for the children working there to be a bit more attentive and helpful.

The location is perfect, situated in a quiet and secluded area surrounded by nature. You can feel safe and secure, even as a solo traveler. The hosts are welcoming and friendly, always willing to assist you. The room is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. The grounds are lovely, with ample parking available. You can enjoy the beautiful wildlife and birds during the day, and admire the astonishing night sky in the evening.

One negative aspect is that the property is an old roof conversion, so the sloping roof might take some getting used to.
